Jessy Vendegnia-Nelson specializes in sports recovery and massage therapy for athletes and teams competing in high-demand environments. Her work focuses on recovery, injury prevention, and helping athletes continue performing at a high level through the demands of training, competition, and daily life. As an athlete herself, Jessy understands the physical and mental demands athletes face, as well as their goals and recovery needs.
Her passion for hockey grew from time spent working closely with players and teams, gaining firsthand insight into the sport’s physical demands. When she’s not in her office, she can often be found playing hockey with the DWHL, joining the occasional tournament team, or volunteering as a ranger for the US Forest Service.
